Manufacturing Controls: This product is produced in an area segregated for Wheat Free, Gluten Free production on equipment dedicated to Wheat Free, Gluten Free production. This product is processed on equipment that is never used for products or ingredients containing Wheat, Crustacea (e.g. Shrimp, Lobster, Crab), Fish, Peanuts, Milk or other Lactose Ingredients, or Tree Nuts (e.g. Almonds, Pecans, Walnuts). Soybean Ingredients are used on this production equipment, which is thoroughly cleaned and inspected after each such use.
Chicken Fingers Ingredients: Ingredients: Skinless, Boneless, Chicken Breast (Chicken, Flavoring Mixture (Chicken Broth, Orange Juice Concentrate, Brown Sugar and less than 2% of Ginger, Garlic, Onion, may contain sugar)), Breading (Rice Flour, Corn Flour, Sugar and less than 2% of Salt, Ground Chile, Paprika, Onion, Garlic, Spices, Egg), Corn Oil
Cooking Instructions: (When Cooking Chicken it is always recommended to use a meat thermometer and cook to an internal temperature of 160°F.)
OVEN or FRYER (Recommended) Defrost chicken fingers in refrigerator or microwave. Preheat oven or fryer oil to 350oF. Remove from Package, place on cookie sheet or in fryer. Caution, hot oil can splash from fryer and become a fryer or burn hazard if care is not used. Cook for 15-20 minutes in oven or 3-4 minutes in fryer. MICROWAVE: Defrost chicken fingers in refrigerator or microwave. Open top of tray and place in microwave on high for 3-4 minutes. Do not cook more than one tray at a time. Let chicken fingers cool for several minutes before serving. Defrosting and cooking temperatures vary so cooking times my vary.
