Chicken Szechwan Ingredients:
Ingredients: Browned Chicken Strips (Flavored, Chicken Breast (Chicken, Flavoring Mixture (Chicken Broth, Orange Juice Concentrate, Brown Sugar and less than 2% of Ginger, Garlic, Onion, )), Corn Oil), Vegetables (Red Peppeer, Green Pepper, Scallions, Water Chestnuts, Baby Corn), Sauce (Water, Brown Sugar, Orange Juice Concentrate, Cornstarch and less then 2% of Ginger, Black Pepper, Ground Chile).

Cooking Instructions:
(When Cooking Chicken it is always recommended to use a meat thermometer and cook to an internal temperature of 160°F.)
OVEN or STIR FRY  (Recommended)  Thaw Szechwan Chicken in refrigerator or microwave. Preheat oven or lightly oil stir fry pan and preheat oil. Remove from package, place in shallow pan in oven or in Stir Fry Pan.  Cook for 15-20 minutes in oven, usually less in Stir Fry Pan. Defrosting and cooking temperatures vary so cooking times my vary.

MICROWAVE Thaw Chicken Szechwan  in refrigerator or microwave. Open top of tray and place in microwave on high for 3-4 minutes. Do not cook more than one tray at a time. Let Chicken Szechwan cool for several minutes before serving. Defrosting and cooking temperatures vary so cooking times my vary.
